- Inspect the roof for missing, curling, or damaged shingles.
- Check gutters and downspouts for debris; clean and ensure proper drainage.
- Look for exterior damage (siding, paint, brick, foundation cracks).
- Wash windows and screens; repair or replace damaged screens.
- Inspect driveway and walkways for cracks; schedule repairs as needed.
- Clean and prepare outdoor furniture.
- Service lawn equipment (mower blade sharpening, oil change).
- Check irrigation systems for leaks or broken sprinkler heads.
- Trim trees and shrubs away from the house and power lines.
🌡 HVAC & Utility Systems
- Schedule HVAC service for air conditioning tune-up.
- Replace HVAC filters (or clean reusable filters).
- Inspect attic and basement for moisture or mold.
- Check water heater for leaks; flush tank if needed.
- Test sump pump before spring rains.

- Test smoke & carbon monoxide detectors; replace batteries.
